On our UK corporate retreats, we offer our clients the opportunity to include yoga and meditation in their itinerary, assisting delegates to release tension and stress and to restore balance within their body and mind. Classes also aim to give delegates simple meditative exercises that they can use in their working day if they're feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
